Client forms will be emailed to the client once an appointment is scheduled.

Pre and Post-Care Instructions

At the time of scheduling your appointment, we will ensure that you are fully prepared by providing detailed pre-treatment instructions. Additionally, post-treatment procedures will be discussed to ensure optimal results and to guide you in following the necessary steps for recovery and aftercare.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy:

Please note that cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or failure to attend appointments will result in a 50% charge. While a credit card is necessary to secure bookings, charges are only applied in the event that the aforementioned policy is not adhered to.

We acknowledge that emergencies may arise and make every effort to accommodate such situations.
